Job summary

A property consultancy firm in London is seeking a registered valuation surveyor to undertake Right to Buy surveys and prepare audit packs. The ideal candidate will have MRICS/FRICS qualifications, RICS Registered Valuer status, and a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Post Qualification Experience.
• Clean PI record.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in valuing Industrial, Retail, Residential, Mixed Use, Offices and HMOs.

Responsibilities

• Undertake site inspections and take accurate measurements.
• Assemble property information and review searches.
• Review and analyse occupational leases and their impact on value.
• Produce Red Book Valuation reports in a timely manner.
