As a UX Designer specialising in online retail, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital experience for our customers across our website and mobile applications. You will be a strong advocate for the customer, translating complex problems into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging solutions that drive conversion and customer satisfaction. You will work within an agile environment, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, graphic designers, researchers, and marketing teams to deliver a best-in-class e-commerce experience.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant solutions.
Proficiency in conducting various user research methods and synthesising findings.
Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and other design deliverables.
Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles
