Kirklees Metropolitan Council is seeking an Engineer to join the Urban Traffic Control team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You’ll help design, operate, maintain, renew and optimise traffic signals and UTC systems.

Qualifikationen

• A relevant engineering, technology or transport-related qualification (or equivalent demonstrable industry experience).
• Experience in traffic signals, Intelligent Transport Systems, highways or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and apply new technical skills.
