A leading global professional services company seeks a skilled User Researcher for a 6-month hybrid role in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will plan and execute user research programs, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and embed user-centered design into an agile environment. My client, a leading global professional services company specializing in digital transformation and management consulting, is looking for a skilled User Researcher to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be on-site 3 days a week in Newcastle. You\'ll be responsible for planning and executing user research to inform policy and service design.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct contextual and discovery phase research.
