User Experience Tester

I am working with an award-winning software development company that is renowned for creating cutting‑edge digital solutions.

As a User Experience Tester, you will play a key role in evaluating and optimising user journeys across multiple platforms. You will identify friction points, test usability and provide actionable insights that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on role requiring close collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive testing of user journeys, including onboarding, off‑boarding, engagement flows, and communication channels.
  • Identifying and documenting bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and executing test cases focused on user experience across web, mobile, and communication touchpoints (e.g., email, push notifications).
  • Leveraging data and user feedback to prioritise testing efforts and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborating with engineering, product and operations teams to resolve issues and enhance the user experience.
