Park's Motor Group in Glasgow is seeking a dynamic Used Car Sales Manager to lead our BMW sales team. You will build lasting customer relationships, mentor staff and drive revenue while delivering excellent service levels.

You will bring at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and a track record of achieving financial targets. IT literacy (Kerridge is desirable) and a proactive management style are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive a sales team.
• Proven track record in maximising financial objectives (budget, sales, profit).
• Excellent written, analytical and numerical skills.
• IT literacy; Kerridge knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Park's Motor Group Sales Manager, you will be a dynamic and forward thinking professional as you build ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. The right person will:

• Have a minimum of 2-years relevant experience.

• Be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen, along with knowledge of the motor industry.
• Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in maximising financial objectives, including the ability to work towards targets relating to budget, sales, profit and CSI.
• Have the ability to maximise both volume and profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Have excellent written, analytical and numerical skills.
• Have a proactive management style that reinforces the corporate values.
• Be IT literate (knowledge of Kerridge would be desirable).
