Job summary

Park's Motor Group is seeking a Showroom Host at our Douglas Park BMW showroom in Edinburgh. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly, professional welcome and supporting sales and service teams with admin tasks.

You will handle phone enquiries, keep up-to-date with BMW products, and provide outstanding customer service. The role is full-time with a competitive salary and a focus on creating a lasting showroom impression.

• Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable manner.
• Experience handling telephone enquiries and basic admin tasks.
• Ability to support Sales and Service teams with administrative duties.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Showroom Host based at our Douglas Park BMW showroom in Edinburgh.

As our customers' first point of contact, you will provide an outstanding and professional service to our customers at all times to create a lasting impression. As part of this role you will be responsible for sales administration duties, handling telephone enquiries and providing ongoing support for both the Sales and Service departments. To be considered for the Showroom Host role candidates must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and have an approachable manner.

What will I do as a Showroom Host?

• Welcome guests visiting the showroom, ensuring they receive a pleasant and professional welcome
• Handle all internal and external telephone enquiries promptly and politely
• Be responsible for Sales Administration duties, supporting your Sales team and also the Service team
• Keep up to date with knowledge of the BMW brand and products
• Deliver excellent customer service in all that you do
