Job summary

DEKRA Automotive Ltd is seeking an Audi Used Car Area Manager to work field-based across the South West and M4 Corridor, supporting around 25 retailers to boost used car sales, quality and customer experience.

You will analyse performance data with retailer management teams, agree SMART action plans, coach teams and ensure alignment with Audi and DEKRA objectives, driving professionalism and continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse automotive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of used car sales processes.
• Ability to analyse performance data and derive actions.
• Coaching and influencing retailer teams.
• Knowledge of used car marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retailers and field teams to improve sales and quality.
• Analyse stock, presentation, customer enquiries, leads, handovers and follow-up.
• Create, implement and review SMART action plans emphasizing significant opportunities.
• Conduct retailer visits and provide coaching to improve service and performance.
• Collaborate with Audi and DEKRA teams to share best practice and drive standards.
