Marshall Audi Coulsdon is recruiting a used car sales manager to lead a sales team, drive customer excellence and achieve used-car targets. You will coach, manage escalations and partner with the General Sales Manager to deliver strong commercial results.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with OTE up to £60,000, a company car and a generous benefits package, including 25 days’ leave plus bank holidays and life assurance and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Manager from the automotive industry, preferably in a main dealership.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a sales team to hitting targets.
• Strong customer service ethos with focus on customer outcomes.

At Marshall Audi Coulsdon, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Used Car Sales Manager to take the next step in their career with one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups.

In this role:

• You’ll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Sales Executives, ensuring outstanding customer experiences while hitting used car volume, finance, and insurance targets.
• You’ll lead by example – working closely with customers, managing escalations, and supporting team development through coaching, performance management, and recognition.
• You’ll collaborate with your General Sales Manager and colleagues across departments to deliver great commercial results and customer outcomes.
• You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering promotions, vehicle display and stock decisions, as well as managing financial forecasting and reporting.

We're looking for:

• Someone with experience as a Sales Manager from the automotive industry, ideally with recent main dealership experience and a strong background in used car retailing.
• Someone who inspires confidence, builds strong relationships and holds their team accountable to high performance standards.
• Someone commercially minded, who can balance great customer service with business targets and operational efficiency.
