Job summary

DEKRA Automotive Ltd is seeking an Audi Used Car Area Manager to oversee performance across approximately 25 retailers in the North West and Midlands, driving sales, quality and customer experience.

This field-based role requires strong relationship-building, KPI analysis, and the ability to coach retailer teams to deliver SMART improvement plans and meet Audi’s short- and long-term objectives. A company car and discretionary bonus accompany a salary band of £45-50k.

Qualifications

• Experience working with stakeholders in automotive/retailer environments.
• Understanding of core processes to deliver used car sales excellence.
• Ability to analyse business performance and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Audi retailers and field teams.
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create SMART action plans and monitor progress.
• Conduct retailer visits and provide coaching for better service and sales.
• Collaborate with Audi and DEKRA to share best practices and drive standards.
