HealthHero Integrated Care in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin is seeking a part-time, non-clinical driver to support urgent care services. The role involves driving clinicians to patient homes, performing vehicle checks, and acting as a first point of contact at treatment centres.

You will work on a rolling rota covering weekday evenings, weekends and nights, with some flexibility. A full UK driving licence with up to six penalty points is required; sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilidades

• Drive clinicians to patients' homes safely and legally, following current driving regulations.
• Carry out vehicle checks at the start and end of shifts, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and equipped.
• Act as first point of contact for patients at treatment centres.
• Provide non-clinical support to clinicians and patients using NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours services.
• Support clinicians during shifts and communicate with patients via in-person or telephone contact.
• Record medications and consumables used on shift and maintain stock levels using computer systems.
• Restock vehicles after each shift and check stock rotation and expiry dates on deliveries.
• Keep treatment centres clean and tidy; move and carry emergency equipment and perform CPR when required.
