HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking an Urgent Care Assistant to deliver driving and reception duties across Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire. This part-time, permanent role supports integrated urgent care services outside normal GP hours, including triage support, patient reception and care coordination.

You'll work across treatment centres, undertake home visits where needed, and help patients access the most appropriate care pathway in collaboration with NHS partners and clinical teams.
