HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Primary Care Centre Assistant to support NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours services across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. The role combines driving and reception duties in a busy urgent care setting, with a rolling 4-week rota and enhanced pay for evenings, weekends and overnight work.

As part of the Urgent Care team, you will assist clinicians, manage stock, and help ensure patients receive timely care.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Experience supporting clinical/out-of-hours services is beneficial.
• Flexible approach to shift patterns including evenings, weekends and nights.

Responsabilités

• Drive Clinicians to patients' homes and conduct basic vehicle checks.
• Be first point of contact at Treatment Centres and support clinicians on shift.
• Record medications and consumables; manage stock and replenishments.
• Maintain a clean and tidy Treatment Centre and assist with CPR when required.
