Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care is recruiting a part-time Primary Care Centre Assistant to support Integrated Urgent Care services across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. The role includes driving, reception and base duties with a rolling 4-week rota reflecting evenings, overnights, and weekend work.

The role requires a UK driving licence and the ability to work across clinical and mobile environments, including CPR delivery and stock management. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Good organisational and administration abilities.
• Comfortable working in busy urgent care settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinicians to patient homes and assist with vehicle checks.
• Act as first point of contact at treatment centres and support clinicians.
• Manage stock and supplies, record consumables, and assist with reception duties.
