Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking a part‑time Urgent Care Assistant for Keynsham to support NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours across Wiltshire, Swindon and BANES. The role combines driving, reception duties and base support, with a 4‑week rota and shifts including evenings and overnights.

You will be the first point of contact at treatment centres, assist clinicians, manage stock and medications, and support patients in person and by phone in mobile and clinic environments.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is essential.

• Drive clinicians to patients' homes and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Serve as first point of contact at treatment centres and support clinicians.
