HealthHero Integrated Care is recruiting a Primary Care Centre Assistant (Driver & Reception) to support NHS111 and GP Out of Hours services across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. The role combines driving clinicians, reception duties and stock management in busy treatment centres and mobile settings, with a rolling 4-week rota and part-time hours.

You will work across bases in Telford, Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Ludlow and Whitchurch, with overnight and weekend shifts included, and full training

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence essential.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and overnight shifts.
• Good administrative and patient-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive Clinicians to patients' homes and ensure roadworthiness of vehicles.
• Serve as first contact at treatment centres and support Clinicians on shift.
• Record medications and consumables accurately; manage stock and replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment centres and assist with stock rotation.
• Communicate with patients by phone and in person; provide welfare checks.
• Attend trainings; pass drivers medical as required.
