Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking an Urgent Care Assistant to support its urgent care service across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath and North East Somerset, based in Salisbury. You will drive clinicians to patients' homes and perform reception duties at treatment centres, while also managing medication and consumables stock.

This permanent part-time role requires weekend and overnight shifts on a rolling four-week rota.

Qualifications

• Valid full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Good driving experience and safe driving record.
• Confident interaction with patients, carers and relatives.
• Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in emergency or stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinicians to patients' homes safely and legally.
• Act as first point of contact for patients at treatment centres.
• Record medications and consumables used on shift.
• Maintain stock levels and manage car stock and deliveries.
• Keep treatment centres clean and organised and assist with equipment.
• Provide CPR at floor level if required and work across settings.
