Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Primary Care Centre Assistant (PCCA) to support Integrated Urgent Care services across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. The role covers driving, reception and base duties, with a rotating 4-week rota and shifts including evenings, overnights, and weekends.

You will drive clinicians, manage reception, perform welfare checks and help maintain a high standard of patient care in multiple treatment centres across the locality.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinicians to patient homes and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Be first point of contact at Treatment Centres for patients or carers.
• Support clinicians on shift and handle reception duties.
• Communicate with patients by phone and in person; conduct welfare checks.
• Keep Treatment Centre clean and tidy; assist with stock and inventory.
