Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care is recruiting a part-time Primary Care Centre Assistant to support Integrated Urgent Care services across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. The role includes driving, reception and base duties with shift patterns that include weekday evenings, weekends and some overnights.

You will drive clinicians to patient homes, handle reception tasks, and assist with stock and medication management within treatment centres. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinicians to patients' homes in a safe, legal manner and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Be the first point of contact for patients at the treatment centre and support clinicians.
• Assist with stock/medication management and related administrative tasks.
