Job summary

Ford & Slater Corby in Devizes is hiring a Customer Uptime Controller to manage fleet uptime and coordinate with DAF dealer networks. The role focuses on keeping customer vehicles on the road and delivering excellent service.

You will contribute to proactive downtime reduction, work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, and participate in a team that values communication, initiative, and IT proficiency. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to troubleshoot and communicate clearly via phone and email.
• Good IT literacy and the ability to work with various systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage uptime of the customer fleet and liaise with dealers and partners.
• Monitor Vehicle Off Road (VOR) progress and escalate as needed.
• Support cost control and proactive improvement through coordinated actions.
