A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to join its Unscheduled Care Team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs in London. In this role, you will provide high-quality healthcare in a challenging environment, attend emergency situations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate is an NMC Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver compassionate care. We have an exciting opportunity for Primary Care Nurse to join our Unscheduled Care Team at HMP Wormwood Scrubs, a Category B Prison located in London.
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality.
The site currently offers a 24‑hour service. Days: 07:30 – 19:45. Nights: 19:45 – 07:30. Predominantly working days, night shifts will be required to cover sickness and annual leave. An expectation to work a maximum of 2 weekends per month is also required.
Full time, annual salary up to £55,086 per annum, depending on experience.
As an Unscheduled Care Nurse you will attend emergency response situations across the prison, assess patients and ensure that follow‑up care is implemented.
