Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our HVAC Applied Technology sales team in the UK. You will manage a talented team of sales professionals, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, focusing on coaching and developing your team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of Go-To-Market strategies within the HVAC Applied Technology sector, learning and enhancing strategies for success.
  • Inspire and motivate your sales team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Utilize market and CRM data, combining field visits with structured coaching to continuously improve performance across the team.
  • Implement effective sales processes, managing the sales pipeline and CRM systems.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support for a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and ethical standards.
  • This is a nationally based role so will need willingness to travel across the UK as required.
