Employment Hero in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives across the UK. This role is hands-on, high-visibility, and focused on driving revenue and accountability on a floor-based team.

You will be coaching, forecasting, and guiding deal support while building a strong pipeline. The position emphasizes a remote-first approach with scalable growth and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop reps and move performance.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with mid-market and/or SMB customers.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day performance of the AE team, coaching, forecasting, deal support and pipeline discipline.
• Know your numbers cold and hold reps to the standard.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and conduct regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing and SDRs to ensure pipeline generation and conversion.
