Employment Hero, a global HR tech company, is hiring an Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition for SARA in the UK. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery to close, engaging with HR leaders and C-suite to demonstrate how AI-powered recruitment transforms hiring.

You’ll work in a remote-first environment, collaborate with SDRs, and hit a monthly quota while advancing market education on AI in recruitment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive.
• Experience selling ATS, recruitment tech or talent acquisition solutions is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage complex sales conversations across HR, TA and senior leadership.
• Strong discovery, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close.
• Present to and negotiate with C-suite and HR leaders.
• Collaborate with SDRs to qualify and progress opportunities.
• Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• HIT monthly revenue targets through value-based selling.
