Job summary

Employment Hero, a global HR tech platform, seeks an Account Executive to drive new UK business. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborating with SDRs to maximize conversions and hit a monthly revenue target.

You’ll engage with HR leaders and C-suite executives, delivering value through a consultative, multi-stakeholder approach. The role is remote-first in the UK, offering opportunities to grow within a fast-scaling SaaS business and participate in cutting-edge

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Account Executive experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven close record.
• Experience selling HR tech, Payroll, T&A, LMS or similar complex SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Win new business in the UK market and manage a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle.
• Partner with SDRs to maximize opportunity conversion and pipeline quality.
• Deliver a consistent monthly quota through proactive pipeline management.
• Pitch, demo, and close new business across diverse verticals.
• Present to and negotiate with B2B executives and HR leaders.
• Maintain a strong Salesforce-driven pipeline and hit revenue targets.
