Job summary

GoodWe is seeking a Solution Engineer for the UK & Ireland to support customers in pre-sale activities, deliver training sessions both in person and online, and represent GoodWe at events across the region.

You will work closely with sales, marketing and product management to explain complex PV and energy storage solutions, drive growth, and strengthen customer loyalty while traveling up to 30% for training and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• Business fluent in English.
• Experience in technical support with customer interaction is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage GoodWe's pre-sales activities in UK & Ireland.
• Grow customer trust in GoodWe's solutions.
• Promote GoodWe's products and increase demand from installers to distributors.
• Ensure closeness to the market through trainings and distributor events.
• Build market knowledge for PV and storage systems including specs, design, certifications.
• Transferring market requirements to product management and R&D.
• Coordinate beta testing and pilots to ensure feasibility before market release.
