Job summary

THG is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to drive the UK & Ireland Myprotein business, delivering trading plans, campaigns, and performance improvements across nutrition, supplements and activewear.

You will own the UK ecommerce strategy, optimise site performance, and ensure a customer-centric experience for fitness and active lifestyle customers. This is a fast-paced, data-driven role in a direct-to-consumer environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in ecommerce or digital trading.
• Experience trading across UK markets and understanding regional shopping behaviours.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, conversion rate optimisation, customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day UK ecommerce trading performance and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute trading plans, promotions, and product launches.
• Plan campaigns around key UK trading moments and optimise conversion.
