Job summary

THG is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to drive growth and performance of Myprotein in the UK. You will own the UK ecommerce trading strategy, optimise the website and deliver a seamless customer experience for fitness and sports nutrition customers.

Based at THG ICON in Manchester, you will lead product launches, trading campaigns and conversions, working with marketing, CRM and operations to maximise revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in ecommerce or online retail.
• Experience trading across UK markets.
• Strong ecommerce KPIs and CRO knowledge.
• Experience with Shopify or Magento.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day UK ecommerce trading performance and targets.
• Plan campaigns, launches and promotions across nutrition and activewear.
• Improve conversion and AOV through merchandising and UX enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, creative and tech teams.
• Analyse performance by market and product category.
• Coordinate product launches across regional websites.
