Job summary

THG is seeking an Ecommerce Manager for the UK market to drive Myprotein’s online performance. You will own the UK trading strategy, optimise the website, and deliver a customer-centric experience across nutrition, supplements and activewear.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver launches, campaigns and improvements that boost conversion, retention and revenue in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital trading.
• Experience trading across UK markets and understanding regional shopping behaviours.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and customer journeys.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day UK ecommerce trading performance, delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute trading plans, promotions and product launches across nutrition, supplements and activewear.
• Plan campaigns around key UK trading moments.
• Identify opportunities to increase conversion and AOV through merchandising and promotions.
• Collaborate with pricing, stock and product assortment to match demand.
• Monitor site performance and optimise the customer journey across devices.
