Job summary

THG is seeking a UK Ecommerce Manager for THG Beauty to drive daily trade plans, budgets and phasing aligned with the Senior Ecommerce Manager. You will own forecasting, KPI delivery and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, merchandising and data teams.

You’ll lead campaigns end‑to‑end, present updates to stakeholders, and coach the team. The role is based in Manchester and offers a path to greater impact within THG’s global ecommerce platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent data handling and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in planning, forecasting and KPI driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Build out daily trade plans and budgets aligned with the Senior Ecommerce Manager.
• Own phasing, reforecasting and develop plans with Senior Channel Managers.
• Ensure trade plans meet targets across all metrics and KPIs.
• Campaign end-to-end ownership including buying, marketing, merch and retail media.
• Present content to stakeholders and build persuasive storytelling.
• Develop the team, onboard new starters and lead ongoing training.
