Job summary
THG is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to drive Myprotein performance in the US market. You will own the US ecommerce trading strategy, optimise site performance and craft a customer experience aligned with American fitness and nutrition trends.
Lead product launches, promotions and campaigns, enhance conversion and retention, and partner with marketing, CRM and creative teams to deliver integrated regional efforts. This is a fast-paced, data-driven D2C role.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in ecommerce, digital trading or online retail.
- Experience trading in UK or US markets with regional insights.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and customer journeys.
- Proficient in Shopify, Magento or similar platforms.
- Excellent Google Analytics experience and reporting skills.
- Commercial mindset with track record of online revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day US ecommerce trading performance to meet revenue targets.
- Develop trading plans, promotions, calendars and product launches.
- Plan campaigns around key US trading moments.
- Improve conversion, AOV and repeat purchases through merchandising and bundles.
- Align pricing, promotions, stock and assortment with US demand.
- Monitor sales, margins and adjust activity for profitability.
