Job summary
THG is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to drive the growth and performance of Myprotein across the UK market from our Manchester office. You will own the UK ecommerce trading strategy, optimise site performance and deliver a customer experience aligned with fitness and active lifestyle customers.
Responsibilities include planning campaigns, optimising conversion, analysing performance and collaborating with marketing, CRM and operations to maximise revenue and repeat purchases across
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital trading or online retail.
- Experience trading across UK markets and understanding of regional shopping behaviours.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, conversion rate optimisation and customer journeys.
- Experience using ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day UK ecommerce trading performance and revenue targets.
- Develop trading plans, promotions and product launches across nutrition and activewear.
- Plan campaigns around UK trading moments and optimise conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, creative and operations to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Monitor site performance and prioritise improvements for UK markets.
