Job summary

THG, a global ecommerce group, is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to lead UK trading for Myprotein. You will own the UK ecommerce strategy, optimise sites for conversion and drive revenue across nutrition, supplements and activewear.

Based in Manchester with an office-based role, you will partner with marketing, CRM and product teams to deliver regional campaigns and improve the customer journey for fitness enthusiasts across the UK.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in ecommerce, digital trading or online retail.
• Experience trading across UK markets and understanding regional shopping behaviours.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce KPIs, CRO, and digital performance.
• Experience using Shopify or Magento or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Commercial mindset with proven online revenue growth.
• Experience delivering localised experiences across multiple markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in fitness, sports nutrition and active lifestyles; advantage if experienced.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day UK ecommerce trading performance.
• Develop and execute trading plans, promotions, product launches.
• Plan campaigns around UK trading moments.
• Identify opportunities to increase conversion, AOV and repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with pricing, stock, and product assortment with UK demand.
• Monitor sales and margin performance, adjusting activity for profitability.
• Work with marketing, CRM, creative and technical teams on regional campaigns.
• Coordinate product launches across regional sites and channels.
• Support delivery and customer service improvements.
