An expanding automotive manufacturer in Birmingham is seeking a Fleet and Leasing Manager to drive sales and growth in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the automotive fleet industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with key clients. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive, within the fleet sector.

Responsibilities

• Execute Changan UK’s fleet and leasing strategy across multiple channels.
• Build and manage relationships with key leasing companies and corporate partners.
• Raise awareness of the Changan brand through business development activities.
• Negotiate commercial terms with fleet channel partners.
• Establish strong relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders.
• Engage in public sector procurement frameworks.
• Track and report on channel performance providing insights.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.
