Job summary

Leasys S.p.A. UK is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to identify and close Contract Hire and Salary Sacrifice opportunities within corporate fleets of 50+ vehicles. You will report to the Head of Direct Sales and drive regional sales strategies to maximise profitability.

Based in Coventry with national travel, the role requires strong relationship skills, knowledge of fleet management, and the ability to present tailored solutions across manufacturers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in new business sales within a Vehicle Leasing company.
• Deep knowledge of Funding and Fleet Management solutions.
• Valid current driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Create regional sales strategy to maximise profitability and sales objectives.
• Identify and prospect corporate fleet and salary sacrifice markets.
• Manage lifecycle of regional prospect universe in CRM from appointment to close.
• Build relationships and close deals at board level using contact strategy.
• Present solutions mapped to prospect needs and Leasys offerings.
• Collaborate with vehicle manufacturers and key suppliers; travel nationally.
