Job summary

Fleet Alliance, a Glasgow-based fleet management and vehicle leasing business, seeks a Sales Director to drive profitable growth and lead the sales organisation. You will report to the MD and shape the company’s sales strategy while fostering strong customer and partner relationships.

Responsibilities include owning targets, guiding a leadership team, and ensuring effective lead generation, forecasting, and margin management in a growing UK-wide operation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of hitting revenue and profit targets.
• Experience leading and scaling large sales teams.
• Strong ability in new business development and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall sales strategy in line with business objectives.
• Own annual sales, revenue, gross profit and customer acquisition targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales leadership team and wider sales function.
• Establish clear sales KPIs, targets and performance management processes.
• Drive growth across new business and existing customer relationships.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, partners and funders.
• Ensure robust pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Compliance to ensure a seamless customer journey.
