Job summary

Lepas UK is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales professional to drive volume, revenue and loyalty across fleet channels. You will manage regional accounts, leverage CRM to grow the customer base, and collaborate with internal teams and dealers to meet ambitious targets.

You will have a proven track record in fleet sales, stakeholder management, and leasing knowledge, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of Fleet B2B/B2C Sales.
• Track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Proven history of stakeholder management.
• Experience in Fleet Management and Account Management.
• Leasing / vehicle funding understanding.
• CRM management proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with automotive structure and Fleet industry news.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic plans to increase volume, share and profit with fleet channels.
• Optimise results by prospecting and managing regional accounts.
• Manage and grow relationships with customers; be first contact point.
• Utilise CRM to grow marketing and customer database.
• Drive tender offers/submissions aligned with objectives.
• Maximise sales and supply forecasting with dealer network.
• Maintain high customer contact through meetings and events.
• Grow brand awareness through social media and events.
• Implement and improve processes.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to meet objectives.
