Job summary

Zeekr UK is seeking an experienced Head of Fleet & Corporate Sales to lead and develop the UK fleet sales strategy, including salary sacrifice, leasing, and government channels. You will build a high‑performing team, forge major partnerships with leasing companies and corporate customers, and drive sustainable growth in a premium EV brand.

The role requires a strong track record in premium automotive OEMs, deep fleet and account management expertise, and leadership to deliver volume,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years in a premium automotive OEM fleet and corporate sales environment.
• Experience with Electric Vehicles, Salary Sacrifice and Leasing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UK fleet sales strategy across all channels (fleet, corporate, rental, government).
• Build and manage executive relationships with key fleet customers, leasing companies, mobility partners; negotiate major agreements.
• Deliver volume, profitability, market share, customer retention, forecasting, pricing, and business planning objectives.
