A growing organisation in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee a fleet of company cars and commercial vans. In this key operational role, you will manage the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations, controlling costs, and enhancing fleet performance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fleet management and supplier relationships, with strong organisational skills. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large company vehicle fleets.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, insurance, telematics, and compliance.
• Experience creating fleet and driver safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle ordering, replacement cycles, leasing, and disposals.
• Oversee fleet insurance, renewals, and claims.
• Manage telematics and vehicle tracking systems.
• Control fleet costs and budgets.
• Ensure vehicle branding, security, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain fleet and driver policies.
• Ensure compliance with road safety and H&S legislation.
• Promote safe driving culture and manage driver checks.
• Produce reports on fleet performance and compliance.
