• Two years of sales experience within retail cosmetics.
• Strong understanding of Sephora, Boots & SpaceNK policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales objectives through strategic planning and support.
• Train retailer partners and Part-Time Sales Support Team.
• Lead education initiatives across UK and Ireland retailers.
• Manage budgets related to T&E and support team.
