Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking an Area Service Manager for the UK to build and sustain high-quality aftersales service across the dealer network. You will ensure customer-centric service delivery, oversee spare parts installation during launches, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize CRM and reporting.

This role requires strong organisation, an engineering background, and hands-on EV expertise. You will be the primary contact for dealers and national sales companies, driving service product

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven EV technical experience and know-how.
• Extensive knowledge of diagnosis tools and reports.
• Automotive background in technical roles (OEM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement operational processes to provide exemplary service to dealers.
• Facilitate installation of spare parts during start-ups and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer communication and CRM.
• Report to internal stakeholders to improve customer experience.
• Be the primary contact across digital and physical touchpoints.
