Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking an Aftersales Digitalization Business Partner to connect local aftersales teams and dealer operations with the European Aftersales Digitalization team. You will shape practical digital solutions, define requirements, validate outcomes and drive adoption across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery to rollout and continuous improvement.

Based in the London area (Uxbridge), you will collaborate with Digital Product Owners, dealers, Product Engineers and HQ teams, using

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive, Supply Chain or another relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in business digitalization, digital product delivery, enterprise IT, business analysis, automotive aftersales or a related area.
• Strong ability to understand business processes, identify root causes and translate ambiguous business problems into practical digital solutions.
• Good understanding of enterprise digital systems and integration concepts such as DMS, CRM, ERP, APIs, system integration, data flows, cloud platforms and BI.
• Experience driving digital initiatives across requirement analysis, solution definition, testing, rollout, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Practical experience using data, AI, automation or modern digital tools to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and translate needs into digitalization initiatives.
• Represent local requirements in regional/global product development; define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate delivery, UAT, pilots, rollout and adoption of digital solutions.
• Improve dealer digitalization and system integration with DMS, CRM, ERP and APIs.
• Drive local rollout of regional/global platforms; train and onboard dealers.
• Use data/AI to identify issues and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with local teams, dealers, HQ and partners across markets.
