Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking an After-Sales Technical Support Manager to lead regional after-sales technical support, drive product quality issue resolution, and oversee dealer technical management. The role includes warranty policy implementation, OTA updates, and technical training coordination across the network.

The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high service standards while supporting market operations and customer satisfaction across the UK

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive after-sales technical support, technical service management, or after-sales service operations.
• Educational or professional background in automotive engineering, vehicle technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and cross-functional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional after-sales technical support activities to ensure timely response and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate management of large-scale product quality issues in the after-sales network and drive follow-up effectiveness.
• Oversee technical improvement projects including OTA updates and recall campaigns, ensuring progress tracking.
• Define and implement regional dealer technical standards and monitor repair quality across the network.
• Support regional technical training, content development, and delivery for dealers and staff.
