Gates of Stevenage is seeking a BYD Service Manager to lead the dealership's aftersales operation and drive customer satisfaction. You will manage a small team, oversee the BYD service process from booking to handover, and ensure budgeted targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.

• Overall accountability for BYD aftersales operation and P&L.

• Control costs, productivity, and margins; report monthly.
• Lead 3–5 direct reports and drive performance targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop the BYD aftersales team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.
