Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Business Developer for Data Centres in the UK. You will drive strategic development, engage owners and engineers, and expand Victaulic’s presence in key accounts and major projects.

You will collaborate with sales teams, plan activities, and travel within the region to meet targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus a strong engineering background, are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering.
• Established relationships with mechanical owner groups in data centres.
• Proven track record in business development, sales and account management.
• Proficient project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and overnight stays within the sales region.
• Independent weekly/monthly/annual planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify major projects and early planning offices for Victaulic solutions.
• Drive penetration and expansion within assigned accounts.
• Cooperate with key accounts at all decision-making levels in sales.
• Document project participants and deadlines in Salesforce.
• Coordinate national/international projects with the sales team and regional managers.
• Memberships in industry associations are desired and encouraged.
