Job summary

Victaulic Europe B.V. is seeking a driven Business Developer to grow our data centre pipeline across the UK and Europe.

You will embed Victaulic solutions early in the design process, engaging owners, engineers, and design teams to shape specification decisions and drive project momentum. Reporting to the UK Business Development Manager, you will maintain CRM records, coordinate with regional teams, and represent Victaulic at industry events while traveling across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or business management or equivalent.
• Experience in data centre market and/or building services.
• Proven track record in business development or account management.

Responsibilities

• Identify major data centre projects early and engage planning offices and design teams.
• Build relationships with data centre owners and engineers to influence designs.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with UK/Europe sales teams throughout projects.
