About The Role

We are excited to offer a full-time UK Admin Logistics Assistant role to join our Logistics team for 12 months. This position is based at our Elcho office in Battersea.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all inbound deliveries to Elcho Street, ensuring timely notification to relevant departments or individuals.
  2. Coordinate outbound shipments from Elcho Street across departments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
  3. Maintain accurate records of stock movements using the SAP virtual warehouse system.
  4. Handle high-value or sensitive shipments for Couture and Davies Street clients with discretion and precision.
  5. Track shipments and retrieve Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, resolving issues with carriers proactively.
  6. Support the UK Project Logistics Supervisor with planning and executing logistics for events, exhibitions, and trunk shows.
  7. Verify weekly deferment statements against import documentation, identify discrepancies, and liaise with DHL/FedEx to resolve errors.
  8. Provide ad hoc support to the Logistics team and wider business as needed.
  9. Participate in weekly departmental meetings to align priorities and share updates.
  10. Oversee the loading bay area, maintaining cleanliness and proper recycling practices.
  11. Perform additional duties as required to fulfill the role.
Profile & Key Skills
