Overview

A live-out, two-day nanny position is available with a professional and friendly family in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Both Mum and Dad occasionally work from home, but this role will be a sole charge position.

Hours

Hours are 10:00–19:00 on Tuesday and Thursday (18 hours). Any additional hours will be mutually agreed and paid as overtime.

Responsibilities

• Look after two happy girls aged eight and six, who are active and participate in after-school clubs, sports, tennis, piano, drama, music, arts and crafts, and games at home.
• Collect them from school and activities each day.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks such as the children’s laundry and ironing, maintaining the children’s rooms and toys, and cooking healthy meals.
• Supervise homework, uniform, sports kit or costumes, and ensure all preparations for school are ready.
• Help with grocery shopping and running errands (post office, dry cleaners, etc.).
• End the day with bath and bedtime routine and leave rooms tidy for the parents.
• During school holidays, take children on day trips or activities, keeping them happy and safe.
• Act as a careful and confident driver; a fully insured duty car is available.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum experience level: Two years.
• Required training: Enhanced DBS (update) and 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid.
• Required qualifications: None, but experience is essential.
• Must be a kind, caring, fun, and organised nanny who is responsible, reliable and shares good family values.
