Job summary

Stoke City Football Club is seeking Turnstile Operators to support matchday operations at the bet365 Stadium. You will check and reconcile tickets, ensuring supporters have a smooth entry and receive excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will work evenings and weekends, be able to handle pressured situations, and undergo DBS checks. Training will be provided; equality and safeguarding are core commitments of the club.

Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League has an exciting opportunity available to join our team of Turnstile Operators to support its matchday operations at the bet365 Stadium.

As a Turnstile Operator, you will be responsible for checking and reconciling matchday and stadium event tickets. The ideal candidate will ensure that supporters receive exceptional customer service upon entry into the stadium.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responding to all customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Facilitating the smooth and orderly flow of spectators into the stadium during matchdays and events.
• Checking that customer tickets display correct details and guiding them to the appropriate team for any discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends to cover matchday fixtures and other adhoc events.

Positions will be offered on a casual and intermittent basis. All relevant training will be provided.
