Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK.
The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany). In the area of internal combustion engine development, you will work on the combustion process and calibration of a high-performance powertrain, focusing on maximizing engine performance and efficiency while ensuring reliability. Responsibilities include development measures in the concept, design, commissioning, and testing phases.
